This is my all time favorite way to make chili seasoning. This is enough for one batch of chili that has 2 lbs of meat. If you are making a smaller batch, use half and save the other half for your next batch of chili!
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup cummin
- 2 tbsp sweetener (I dont always add this but it does add a nice flavor)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (please omit if you are not a fan of spice)
